On 22 October, the Deputy Director of the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), First Class State Councillor of Justice, Vice-President of the Union of Criminalists and Criminologists Alexander G. Zvyagintsev received an honorary award on behalf of Russian President Vladimir V. Putin for active work in preparing and holding events dedicated to the Year of Memory and Glory.
The ceremony took place in the Catherine Hall of the Kremlin Residence of the President of the Russian Federation.
