By order No. 796-k issued by the rector of Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic Boris Yeltsin-University dated 20 September 2020, the title of “Honorary Professor of Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic Boris Yeltsin-University” was awarded to the President of the Union of Criminalists and Criminologists Igor M. Matskevich, Vice-President of the Criminalists and Criminologists Oleg A. Zaytsev, Head of the Bureau of the Union of Criminalists and Criminologists Yury I. Skuratov for their professionalism and worthy contribution to the development and prosperity of the University.
