A friendly team of the Moscow Criminological Office, headed by Sebila Salamova, Arseniy Khomutov and Chairman of the Youth Department of the Union of Criminalists and Criminologists Ruslan Rashitkhanov, won in the competition of practice-oriented youth organisations of Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
