On 10 September 2021, a conference organised by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Lipetsk region was held at Yelets State Ivan Bunin University.
President of the Union of Criminalists and Criminologists Igor M. Matskevich and Vice-President of the UCC Alexander G. Zvyagintsev took part in the conference called ‘Challenges in Ensuring the Rule of Law: History and Modernity.’
Igor M. Matskevich made a report on the topic ‘The Role of the Prosecutor’s Office in Coordinating the Activities of Law Enforcement Agencies to Combat Crime (Preventive Aspect).’
At the conference, President of the International Police Association Russian Section Yury N. Zhdanov spoke on the topic: ‘Topical Issues of Fighting Cyber Fraud in the Russian Federation.’ Vice-President of the IPA RS Natalia A. Kulikova also visited the event.
