On 2-25 September 2021, the traditional XXIII International Conference ‘Legal Technique’ was held in Nizhny Novgorod.
In 2021, the conference was devoted to the topic ‘Law-making expertise (doctrine, practice, technique).’
High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana N. Moskalkova made a video message to the conference participants.
The conference addressed such relevant issues as Anti-corruption expertise of regulatory acts, Expert assessments of the Constitutional Court, Mandatory legal expertise of technical regulatory acts in the Republic of Belarus, Metaphors as a means of legal expertise and many others.
At the plenary session, President of the Union of Criminalists and Criminologists Igor M. Matskevich made a report ‘Legal problems of expert activity of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in the focus of legislation improvement.’
