In the video message, the President of the Union of Criminalists and Criminologists, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Igor M. Matskevich emphasized the importance and complexity of this issue. Igor M. Matskevich formulated the thesis that the problem of crime in this area was understated. The effective implementation of priority national projects was often hindered by criminal structures.

Addressing the participants of the conference, Head of Research at the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Yevgenia Ye. Chernykh noted that the issues of combatting crime in the implementation of priority national projects were particularly relevant for an educational organization that traditionally trained highly qualified personnel involved in the detection and investigation of illegal encroachments.

The online format of the conference brought together scientists and practitioners representing not only the Russian Federation, but also the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and Mongolia. Numerous scientists and practitioners made their own presentations.

As a result of fruitful work, the conference participants identified a set of theoretical and applied problems that required further analysis, formulated scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of the implementation of priority national projects. The results of the event will be reflected in the collection of materials.
